A – “Appraisals….????? What’s that Ha ha. I had 2 in 9 years 🙂 manager only. I think they are very valuable for many reasons but I wish people were given more time to do them and properly :-). Not speaking for all settings of course. I think another person should be present if requested…”
A – “I don’t do Appraisals anymore but termly Supervisions. I sit in as Manager.”
