Bright Horizons Family Solutions acquires Asquith Day Nurseries & Pre-Schools
A nursery group that has a turnover of £60 million and has more than 90 nurseries has been brought by Bright Horizons Family Solutions. For Bright Horizons Family Solutions this means their portfolio has been expanded to more than 300 nurseries in the UK and over 1000 worldwide.
Aswell as acquiring over 92 nurseries Asquith Nannies which employees a vast amount of nannies was also included in the purchase.
The 90 nurseries acquired will join the large already established nursery group Bright Horizon. The deal was advised by the Birmingham Office of KPMG.
