Parents STILL unable to access Governments Childcare Services Website
Many parents are having difficulting using the Governments Childcare Services Website to sign up to the Tax-Free Childcare and the 3ohrs free childcare scheme. Also, those parents that have managed to create an account are having problems accessing their cash that is sitting in their account. Many parents are furious that they can’t access their own money.
Parents are desperately trying to access their money to pay childcare providers to prevent being given a late payment charge.
This new system has caused nothing but stress for parents as their money is sat in their account waiting to be paid towards their childcare bill but cannot access it. When trying to access the website parents are being told there are technical difficulties and to try again later.
The HMRC has apologised to parents and childcare providers and are investigating the issues.
