Employers are legally obligated to conduct a Risk Assessment on any work carried out by employees. Employers with 5 or more staff also need to record their findings. This course will inform those responsible how to conduct an efficient workplace Risk Assessment. The course will also highlight the importance of Risk Assessments in the workplace and allow employees to identify hazards that they may come into contact with.
