Is it good practice to have an experienced senior practitioner in each room?

Q – “Would you say it’s good practice to have experienced knowledgeable senior nursery nurses in each room to offer continuity,or have a lead practitioner on a rota system each day in total 16 different people?”

A – “I think its a good idea to have a session lead on maybe a weekly rota as well as your strong seniors/deputy because of the work load and it can then be evaluated as to how each team member operates so to speak”
