Q – “How in your setting do you encourage parents to share their child’s interests?”

 

Answers

A – These simple luggage tags can be placed on a child’s nursery bag and parents or practitioners can write quick notes or share interests or new milestones that have been reached. It’s a quick and simple method to boost communication.

A –  I had a Learning log that travelled between school and home which was as much the responsibility of the parent S the practitioners

A –  A teddy that goes home with a diary. They take him home on a rota. And it’s only between my key children so 8 of them. So they got lots of turns with him

A –  Interest form that is sent home every 3 months. We use this along side what we observe to plan for our children
