Millie’s Trust has been established following the tragic death of Millie Thompson, both her parents set up a campaign to raise awareness of the current rule of only needing to have one Paediatric first aid trained person in the building at any one time at a nursery. Millie’s parents both believed that everyone should have access to first aid training and leading on from this they both received the necessary training to become certified first aid trainers and they run courses in the North West and Northern Ireland. Millie’s Trust also holds first aid training courses for families.
